How Scam Sites Link and Stay Alive

Every time a site gets too hot or known, too many negative reports, complaints, court cases etc. it's owners move it to a different url or make a new one. But anyone who knows even a little bit about google and the way it indexes it's sites knows that in order to have any viability on the internet you can't simply put up a page and get visitors. It takes months of work and in a world as competitive as the replica watch industry it's not a simple task at all.

What the scammers do in order to boost up their newly launched sites is link them up with the old "dying" ones. This gives the new site "life juice" and shows google and other search engines that this newly launched site is "important" (without getting too much into SEO, back links {links coming from other websites} are like recommendations, if a site has a lot of them it appears valuable to the search engines, thus giving it higher positioning and visibility.

more advanced linking structure

An average consumer has no idea how to check for back links or that such a practice even exists. The scam website owners use this lack of knowledge and unnoticeably operate multiple websites at the same time. This doesn't raise any red flags with the consumer and makes their new sites come alive very quickly ( scammers often own hundreds of sites)

Below I have began to outline one of the biggest networks online. This is a task that will require a lot time to complete, but even at the given stage will give you an idea of what I'm talking about.
(since most sites have hundreds of sites linking to them I have removed the irrelevant links and included only relevant ones)

I have broke up the links into two groups.

Group 1: "Outgoing": these are outgoing links that the parent site is Outgoing or that simply appear on it.

Group 2: "Backlinks": These are incoming links to the parent site from the site listed.
